Before Facelift
On November 7, 2009 a group of volunteers came together for "Make A Difference
Day" and gave a historic house on Main St. a face lift. The shutters were removed
for repairing and painting, a fresh coat of paint and landscaping gave this tired
and worn out facade the attention it deserves.  What an incredible experience to
work with a group of volunteers and make such a difference in a few hours! Check
out the story in the Middletown Transcript.

As one of the designers involved with the 2009 Middletown Designer
Showhouse, I chose the dining room and I am proud of the
transformation that took place. It was a great experience working
with a talented group of designers in a historic house in the heart of
Middletown.

After Facelift
I have been involved in the Middletown Designer Showhouse for the past
three years now. In 2010, I worked with Gary Mathers and Barbara Kreppel
and created a Tuscan Kitchen. In 2011, I worked with Beth Deligatti and
staged the "Champagne and Pearls" formal dining room. It's always an
incredible experience working in Middletown's Historic district and working
with such talented artists and designers for this fundraising event.
